Contract and Payment:

After your request of reservation we send you per E mail a contract with the decription of the appartment/BB and the notice to find the way to come. You will find all the modalities on the contract. Normaly a deposit of 25% of total rental is required on reservation and the outstanding balance payable on reception of keys.

But if you come out of the European countries, to make the deposit may be too expensive, so you can pay cash the whole amount on your arrival.

- Deposit of 100€ payable on arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your stay provided that the guest accommodation has been left in a satisfactory condition.

Usually arrival is after 3.00 pm and departure by 10.00 am. But we'll manage to welcome you earlier depending on your flight schedule.

Your attention please: It is not possible to use travelers cheques, the banks don't accept to change them in cash. You have cash with a credit card on the automat in the bank.
