Reunion Island is a french island in the indien ocean, a realy french department. You find there all french infrastructures.   Réunion is composed of 2 volcanos born in the Indian Ocean. With its 3070 meters high, it offers a wide amount of wonderful landscapes and microclimates. The “Fournaise” volcano is still in activity and may provide you the surprise of an eruption during your stay in the island.

Our nice ' rainbow-coloured ' population is the result of a ' melting pot ' more than three centuries old, combining peopels from the continents of Europe, Asia and Africa. This is reflected in our local gastronomy, rich in variety and flavours.

Tampon is a small city located slightly on the hills of the south of the island near Saint Pierre. It’s nice to live there because of the pleasant weather which will relieve you of the hot and humid coastal temperature. Situated on the road of the volcano and near the Natinal Park, between the volcano and the "wild south" it’s a central place for departure to many visits and drives. Tt's possible to hike in the morning and to admire the sunset on the beach in the same day. Issued of the Malagasy word “Tampoany”, it means “Place where you can see far away”. The city allows you wonderful landscapes. The Tulipier is situated in a quiet no through road, at 664 metres altitude, GPS RGR 92 latitude : 346097- longitude : 7647875 Coordonnées géographiques : latitude : 21.26433131-longitude : 55.51664527 within easy access of main roads. Guest accommodation is independent and situated near the main house. The exposition is "east north west" a maximal sun exposition in the southern hemisphere. The property is surrounded by tropical vegetation, providing a peaceful and tranquil setting for your stay, featuring a jacuzzi (spa) to help you recover after your hiking. Admire the wonderful views of the coast, the Grand Benare and Piton des Neiges peaks, and the Dimitile ramparts overlooking Cilaos.   To visit our island it's necessary to rent a car. At the Domaine du Tulipier you can park your car.
